Emotional Release work is analogous to a kink in the water hose, we need to find the kink, unravel it, and the water flows freely again. The same goes for our qi (ki, prana, lifeforce), whenever we clear old, blocked energy, our qi begins to flow properly again and we can embody higher quotients of light and lifeforce. Emotional Release work like doing some major housecleaning.
Many of us have aches, pains, emotional triggers, bad habits, wounds, past childhood trauma, but we don’t know what to do – we do not have a conscious contextual starting point. All we know is something is wrong – something is missing from our life. We may be going through life on auto-pilot; life is mediocre, we are just getting by. Or, we may have moments of pure joy and bliss just to fall flat on our face the moment someone looks at us wrong or says something rude to us. Our joy or lack thereof may be completely dependent on how others perceive us. We may take things out of context – being sometimes overly sensitive and our mind begins to loop with negative images and thoughts.
We may be fairly happy and satisfied with life, but we have this on-going problem with a family member. We just don’t know how to deal with them and we despise every holiday because it means we will have to see that person. Perhaps, we don’t know how to say no and then we later feel resentful. We may have ongoing neck pain and deep stress and tension in the shoulders and neck or perhaps our bladder is never comfortable – we have to urinate all the time. We are insomniacs – rarely enjoying a good nights sleep without sleep aids.
These and much more are all symptoms of deep, most likely unconscious, emotional issues that will continue to rear its ugly head until we take an active role in our healing. But what do we do? We may have been seeing a therapist for years (and I am not demeaning the profession in any way), but we don’t seem to be making any real significant or noticeable shifts. Talk therapy definitely has its benefits but for deeper unconscious pain, we need to dive right into the emotional body and clear the past trauma. This is what we do in an emotional release session.
We have a responsibility to do our healing work. Unless we don’t, the same energy or patterns may be handed down to our children and we don’t want that. If you are resonating with this – you are most likely a pathcutter. It is up to each of us to do the hard work. Hard, yes – but incredibly rewarding and incredibly enriching! When we clear our old pain, we begin to reclaim our power; we begin to more closely follow our passion and our soul purpose naturally unfolds and we also enjoy the benefits of radiant health and well-being!
